Mission and Ministry 2009
The annual Mission and Ministry seminar is an opportunity for students to learn more about the work of WELS Home and World Missions and the Board for Parish Services.
M&M is always exciting for students as we are re-energized and motivated by hearing and seeing the gospel ministry that is being carried out at home and abroad. We would like to invite anyone interested in learning more about the exciting ministry work going on in WELS to join us for all or part of this three day event.
The seminar will be held Tuesday, February 3rd to Thursday, February 5th on the seminary campus. Tuesday’s focus will be Home Missions, Wednesday’s focus will be World Missions, and Thursday will focus on Parish Services.
Each day of Mission and Ministry consists of worship, a motivational keynote address, time for exploring displays provided by various WELS organizations, three small-group workshop periods, and an opportunity for fellowship.
