Evangelism workshop

Prof. Mark Paustian, author of Prepared To Answer and More Prepared To Answer, recently presented a day-long workshop on friendship evangelism. He urged the nearly 280 participants to connect real-life witness stories to Bible stories in order to better communicate law and gospel to unchurched friends and relatives. This story-telling style of evangelism is a conversational way to share Jesus with a naturalness that is less threatening and argumentative.

The workshop was hosted by a consortium of WELS congregations in the Milwaukee area called ShareGrace. Member congregations include: Fairview, Good Shepherd’s, Jordan, St. John, and Woodlawn.

Prof. Paustian teaches Hebrew and English at Martin Luther College, New Ulm, Minnesota.
