Faculty anniversary celebrated

Family, friends, faculty, and students (both former and current) gathered recently for a festival service to thank God for the 40 years of ministry enjoyed by Prof. Alan Siggelkow.

In a sermon on 1 Timothy 1:12-17, President Paul Wendland thanked the Lord for the grace shown to his beloved brother, saying, “Christ has been compassionate to you. And through you Christ has been compassionate to others.”

Siggelkow was called by the seminary in 1991 to serve as professor of pastoral theology and church history. He has announced his retirement effective at the end of June 2010.
