Fiscal year gift summary

We thank God for the blessings he continues to give us through the loving gifts of his people even in the midst of these challenging economic times. Gift summaries for the fiscal year July 1, 2010, though June 30, 2011, are reported here.

Gifts to the Seminary Fund totaled $325,717. Included are unrestricted gifts of $297,235 and permanently restricted gifts of $28,482. Unrestricted gifts can be used as needed. Permanently restricted gifts are invested and only the earnings are available for current use. The Seminary Fund supports the day-to-day operations of the seminary.

During the same period Scholarship Fund gifts totaled $472,787 including $444,044 which is available to fund current student aid needs and permanently restricted gifts of $28,783 from which investment earnings will provide continuing funds for student financial aid.
