Gift report

We thank God for the blessings he continues to shower on the seminary through the loving gifts of his people.

Gifts to the Seminary Fund from July1 through January 31, 2012 totaled $248,491. Included are unrestricted gifts of $215,525 and permanently restricted gifts of $32,966. Unrestricted gifts can be used as needed while permanently restricted gifts are invested and only the earnings are available for current use. The Seminary Fund supports the day-to-day operations of the seminary.

During the same period Scholarship Fund gifts totaled $315,233, including $266,990 which is available to fund current student aid needs and permanently restricted gifts of $48,243 from which investment earnings will provide continuing funds for student financial aid.
