Ministerial Education tailgate

On Saturday, September 20, 2008, you are invited to attend a pre-game tailgate picnic at Luther Preparatory School (LPS) in Watertown, Wisconsin, as Martin Luther College (MLC) plays Blackburn College at Umnus field. The tailgate - sponsored by LPS, Michigan Lutheran Seminary, MLC, and Wisconsin Lutheran Seminary - offers the opportunity for all attendees to enjoy a day of fellowship, food, and football. Cost is $5.00 per adult, $2.00 per child grade school age and under.

Kickoff is scheduled for 2:00 p.m. Lunch will be served from 11:30 to 2:00. Game booths and activities for children are scheduled from 11:30 until 2:00. Halftime will feature a parade of alumni as all former Northwestern College, Dr. Martin Luther College, and Martin Luther College football players are invited to the field for recognition.

Northwestern College Alumni Society will also host a reception beginning at 4:30 p.m. in the student union. The reception is open to all.
